If you wish to return your unwanted items that are not faulty and simply an order error you must inform us first at sales@infusion-aromas.com, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee that is deductible from your re-fund. The return postage charge will be your responsibility so items get back to us safely.
If we have sent you faulty items we will 100% exchange or re-place immediately.
All items must be sent back in original packaging.
